E-11 Magnetron failure High The turntable spins, the interior light illuminates, and the timer counts down, but food placed inside remains cold after a full cycle. View E-12 Humidity sensor fault Low Sensor-based cooking cycles produce inconsistent results, with food coming out either burned or still cold in the center. View E-13 Temperature sensor failure Medium The microwave stops a convection cooking cycle prematurely, displaying E-13 before the food has finished baking. View E-21 Door switch error High Pressing the start button produces no response or the display shows E-21, because the control board does not detect a confirmed closed door. View E-22 Door latch motor failure Medium Selecting a convection cooking program triggers E-22 because the motorized door latch cannot confirm engagement before the heating element activates.
